一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介: 過(guò)氧化物酶(POD,EC 1.11.1.7)廣泛存在于動(dòng)物、植物、微生物和培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞中,是 普遍存在的一種重要的氧化還原酶,其活性高低與抗性密切相關(guān)。在過(guò)氧化物酶催化下, H2O2氧化愈創(chuàng)木酚生成紅棕色產(chǎn)物,該產(chǎn)物在 470nm 處有最大光吸收,故可通過(guò)測(cè) 470nm 下吸光值變化測(cè)定過(guò)氧化物酶活性。
